jjl1 Terms & Conditions

To register and use jjl1, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may only hold one account on jjl1. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple bonuses — is prohibited. jjl1 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to close accounts found to be in violation of this rule.

• You must be 21 or older to register.
• You must be located in the Philippines to use our services.
• Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be a person who is legally prohibited from online gaming activities.

Registration requires a valid mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal details. jjl1 may require additional documentation to verify your identity before activating your account or processing any withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. jjl1 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account details secure.

You must notify jjl1 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We recommend enabling all available security features, including OTP verification. All actions taken through your account are considered to be your own unless you have reported a security breach.

All deposits on jjl1 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). We accept deposits through GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Deposits must come from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Only PHP transactions are supported.
• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name.
• Cryptocurrency and credit card deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
• jjl1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your jjl1 balance immediately or within a few minutes. If your deposit is delayed beyond a reasonable time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, where possible. All withdrawals are in PHP. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification (KYC) must be completed. This requires a valid government-issued ID and may require additional documentation.

• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are sent to GCash, Maya, or local bank accounts registered in your name.
• Processing times vary by method; e-wallet withdrawals are generally faster.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• jjl1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

If a bonus was used to generate the withdrawal amount, applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Unused bonus funds are not withdrawable.

All bets and games on jjl1 are governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface. By placing a bet or starting a game, you accept the applicable rules.

Bets are final once confirmed. jjl1 reserves the right to void bets or game results in cases of technical errors, data feed issues, or clear price errors. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.

• Only one account may be used to participate in any game or event.
• Placing bets using automated tools, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute, jjl1's records are considered the authoritative source.
• All game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by verified random number generators.

jjl1 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• jjl1 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including coordinated wagering or exploitation of terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

Bonus amounts are clearly indicated in your account balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to withdrawal limits as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

The following are strictly prohibited on jjl1 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering or using jjl1 for any illegal financial activity.
• Allowing minors to access your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jjl1 staff.

jjl1 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including withholding funds pending investigation and cooperating with law enforcement where required.

jjl1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that these terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or account security has been compromised.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account is closed in good standing, any remaining balance will be returned to you after applicable checks are completed.

Accounts closed due to policy violations may have their balances withheld or forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

jjl1 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using jjl1, you consent to this data processing. Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.

jjl1 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and law enforcement when legally required.

jjl1 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure availability, security, and fairness, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

jjl1 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or third-party payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control. In all cases, our maximum liability to any player is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

jjl1 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
